As a subconsultant to an engineering team, RFI is providing public outreach services for the first phase of the Rebuild by Design New Meadowlands Project: Feasibility Study, Environmental Impact Statement, Design and Construction Administration Services, for the NJ Department of Treasury and the NJ Department of Environmental Protection. This $150 million flood mitigation project in the Pilot 1 area of northern New Jersey encompasses portions of the towns of Moonachie, Little Ferry, South Hackensack, Carlstadt and Teterboro. RFI’s scope of work includes branding, print and electronic announcements, ads and newsletters in English and Spanish, and support for the public meetings as part of the EIS process.
